Privacy notice

Who we are: TweakMyPart, run by James Taylor (trading as TweakMyPart), [email protected]. We are the data controller.

What we collect: your email and name from sign-in (Clerk); what you type and the photos or model files you upload; the designs we make for you; payment records (card details stay with Stripe; we never see them).

Why: to design and deliver your parts, to take payment, to email you when a part is ready, and to improve how we design parts (for example, corrections you give are reused, without your name or email, to avoid the same mistake for other customers).

Who processes it for us: Clerk (sign-in), Convex (database and file storage, EU region), Railway (website hosting), Anthropic (AI that reads your request and photos and writes the design; not used to train their models under their commercial terms), TypeSafe (checks whether a suggested approach fits what you said), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails).

How long: designs and uploads stay until you delete them from My prints or close your account; payment records are kept for 6 years for tax.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, and complaint to the ICO. Email [email protected].
